Winter 2020 Schedule
Note: High Fitness is not noted in schedule, but available through registration site. It will be 1/11-3/14 with no class on 1/18 and 2/15.
Saturdays 8-9am (Jan 11-March 14, holidays 1/18, 2/15)
HIGH Fitness is a high energy, crazy fun workout that leaves participants feeling great and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level. This is a total body workout focusing on an intense combo of cardio and strength training including: aerobics, plyometrics, squats, lunges, push-ups, arm and core work.

Thursdays 8:15-9:15pm (Jan 16-March 5)
A neurocentric approach to mobility, movement, balance and vision. Learn easy to follow self-facilitated techniques for activating your muscles, increasing range of motion and improving posture, motor control and coordination. This is a great class for anyone with pain or discomfort anywhere in their body: shoulders, elbows, neck, back, hips, knees, ankles, feet, etc.
