Something I do with my mother and sisters: we all live in different states and have access to different libraries. We all use an overdrive/libby app for e-books and audio books. We've shared our library card information with each other, because sometime a certain library will have something that another one doesn't. Because it's through an app, the books automatically return when your time is up so you don't have to worry about accidentally causing someone book fines. You just have to be considerate about how many books can be checked out at one time from a library.
