1. Read the Terms of Service and Waiver Form. Complete all parts of the Space Reservation Request form. By submitting the request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service .

  2. Drop the $80 security deposit (by check only) into the silver UASRA mailbox at 3200 Sawtelle Blvd. The box is located on the wall outside the community center doors, between the rental office and the pool.

  3. You will receive a confirmation of your booking only after both the reservation request and deposit are received.

  4. If your request date cannot be accommodated, you will be notified by email and asked for alternative dates/times.

  5. Study room bathrooms are intended solely for those residents who are utilizing the study rooms. Allowing guests to use this bathroom can culminate in a breach of contract.

*Venues are not available before 10am and after 10pm

**Each apartment may request 1 block of 3 hours, and an additional 3 more hours to its event up to a maximum of 6 hours per apartment (Example 10am-4pm). You must make your request at least 2 weeks in advance of your event.

***Deposits should be made by check only. Your check will be cashed only under the terms of the "Penalties and Cancellations" policy set out in the Terms of Service.***
