UASRA Space Reservation
Residents of the UCLA University Apartments South planning an event may reserve the Sawtelle Community Center, Gazebo in the Sawtelle Courtyard, or the Sepulveda Resource Room.
Instructions For Reservations
Read the Terms of Service and Waiver Form. Complete all parts of the Space Reservation Request form. By submitting the request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
You will receive a confirmation of your booking only after the reservation has been confirmed by Reslife.
If your request date cannot be accommodated, you will be notified by email and asked for alternative dates/times.
A maintenance coordinator (Sawtelle Community Center and Sepulveda Resource Room) will help mediate access to the room you requested and monitor the status of the room or equipment both before and after the event.
*Venues are not available before 10 am and after 10 pm, on the weekdays, or on holidays.
**Each apartment may request 1 block of 3 hours, and an additional 3 more hours for its event up to a maximum of 6 hours per apartment (Example 10 am-4 pm). You must make your request at least 2 weeks in advance of your event.
***Spaces should be left clean and without damage. Any issues should be reported to the respective maintenance coordinator.***
Sawtelle Community Center
3200 Sawtelle Blvd.
The capacity of the community center is 60 people. There are seven large rectangular tables (seats 8), five medium round tables (seats 5-6), and twenty standard folding chairs. If you use the tables and chairs at your reservation, you are required wipe down and return the tables and chairs to the storage room inside the community center. There is a small kitchen with a stove, microwave and sink. The community center also has a fridge that belongs to UAS management, but if you were to store something small like a cake they usually won't mind.
Sepulveda Resource Room
3281 South Sepulveda Blvd.
The Sepulveda Resource Room is a smaller venue, it has three small tables and twelve chairs, there is not a kitchen.
