Community Update - Rent Relief Application Workshop & Petition to Chancellor Gene Block
Please apply for rent relief even if you are not sure if you need it.
There is a recording available from the Tenant Union's Application workshop. If you would like a copy please email - cancelrentucla@gmail.com . There is also a petition asking Chancellor Gene Block to accept rental assistance funds & other asks. Sign the Petition

Garden Expansion
Construction starts at end of spring and beginning of summer
Wood has been delivered to make beds
Spectrum Cable/Internet Updates
At the end of the school quarter to match up when students are not working
Required work for all apartments
Pool opening
Target is early June or July: the goal is to have the pool ready for summer
Lease renewals - residents have not received offers for the 2021-2022 year
Renewals will go out next week
SB-91 Update
Two requests have been made but the government has not responded as of yet.
