@Sufia Sadaf a quick fix would be to buy compost chicken manure, which you would mix into your soil and then water it with the soil bacteria/fertilizer. That's how i did it, and my soil looks now very dark and rich. The compost chicken manure you can get at the Hashimoto Nursery on Sawtelle. It cost $9 for 20kg.

If you want to skip the part with rice and milk, I can give you some of my soil bacteria brew so you can start your own 10 litre brew right away.
