We have received an update on this project and completion is estimated to be done by end of June. There will be 2 new plots on Sawtelle, 2 new sites on Sepulveda and Rose Ave Apartments will be getting one too!

How can residents get updates regarding the incidents that occur in the community?

You are absolutely right. And this is something we continuously bring up in our meetings with management. Currently the problem at University Village is that not all the carriers are utilizing the mailbox lockers. Some carriers refuse to use them because it leads to their deliveries taking longer because they have to log in each package versus dumping packages in the areas. We’ll continue to bring this up to management. Thank you.

We have Community Grants available to help fund the Virtual Game night You can submit a proposal here: https://www.uasra.org/grant Not sure about the servers or the shuttles but this is something we can inquire about at our next meeting in January. Thank you.

Temporary removal of picnic tables, benches and prohibit use of the barbecues until stay at home orders are lifted.

This is a great idea. We currently have hand sanitizer stations at all laundry rooms and at all playgrounds. There is also daily cleaning at all laundry rooms. We'll bring this up to housing. Thank you.
